Kansas Learning & Performance Management (KLPM) is a statewide learning management system (LMS) where learners can take courses and state managers/employees complete their performance reviews for the Performance Management Process (PMP). Featuring LinkedIn Learning courses to employees in participating agencies.

Access the KLPM tile in Employee Self-Service. Please contact your agency HR Office for your username and password.
