Reporting Suspicious Email

The O365 team at OITS has enabled the Outlook Report Message feature for everyone with Outlook in the Department of Administration. This lets you report Spam and Phishing messages back to Microsoft and the KISO office.

When using your Outlook client, you should notice the Report Message icon in the top ribbon:

If you receive a suspicious email, click the Report Message dropdown arrow and select Junk to report the message as Spam or Phishing to report the message as a Phishing attempt.

If you have any questions about using the feature, please contact the EBIT Service Desk by calling (785) 296-4999 or 1-833-765-2001, or during business hours by emailing EBITSM@ks.gov.
