IT Projects
An IT project is a temporary, structured initiative to develop, implement, or upgrade technology (software, hardware, networks).
Review and Approval:
- All IT projects must be reviewed by IT Security before procurement.
- All IT projects must be submitted for approval and reviewed by a DofA IT Project Manager . Submit your IT project form and business case using the steps listed out at the bottom of this page. Both steps must be completed before approval will be granted.
If a new software/web application is going to be installed or used as is without configuration or implementation steps then this is not a project but needs to be approved for use by IT Security. Please log an EBITS ticket for approval of new software before procuring.
