Procurement & Contracts Bid Tab Sheets

For all Kansas Open Records Act requests except Bid Tabsheet Results (a summary of the solicitation that shows vendor names and bid amounts), please go to the Department of Administration Kansas Open Records Act Page, or contact the Department of Administration KORA Custodian.

The following guidelines and practices pertain to the administration of the Kansas Open Records Act by Procurement and Contracts for bid tabsheet results only.  Bid tabsheet results will not be given over the telephone.

1. Request for Quotation (RFQ) and Invitation for Bid (IFB)

Bid tabsheet results may be obtained in one of the following ways:

1. Attending the public bid opening at the time and date noted on the Bid Event, OR
2. Requesting a Bid tabsheet (a summary of the solicitation that shows the vendor names and bid amounts) via E-mail to tabsheets@ks.gov or in writing to the following address (include the Bid Event number (EVT000XXX) in all requests):

2. Request for Proposal (RFP)

At the time of closing, only the names of those who submitted proposals shall be made public information.  No price information will be released.  A List of Bidders may be obtained in one of the following ways:

1. Attending the public bid opening at the time and date noted on the Bid Event, OR
2. Requesting a List of Bidders via E-mail to tabsheets@ks.gov or in writing to the following address (include the Bid Event number (EVT000XXX) in all requests):

3. Once a contract for an RFP has been executed, the Bid Tabsheet will be available upon request by following the same instructions noted above for an RFQ or IFB.
