The Payroll Services team is responsible for administering the statewide Payroll, including Regents institutions, ensuring compliance with all applicable state and federal laws, and meeting reporting requirements such as the issuance of annual W-2 and 1042-S forms. In addition, the team is responsible for maintaining and implementing the appropriate policies and procedures, internal controls, software updates, and changes as required to achieve the business objectives of compliance, internal control, and data integrity of the payroll system as well as to ensure on-going support of the enterprise system and to meet agency reporting needs.
