Accounts/User Name/Passwords ▼
- State of Kansas employees in a participating agency are eligible for an account.
- LinkedIn Learning (LIL) courses require a user name and password separate from your KLPM account.
- When your account is ready, you will receive an activation email from LIL. Check your Spam/Junk folder in your email if you don't see it. Click the button to activate your account and follow the prompts to finish setup of your LIL account. Do Not Link your personal LinkedIn account. - If you have not received your invite, please check your Junk/Spam folder for a message coming from message-noreply@linkedin.com
- If you do not find your invite in Junk/Spam, please contact your agency HR office.
- If you have issues logging into LinkedIn Learning, please click Forgot Password link and follow the prompts. See Reset/Forgot Password instructions.
- If you have other account or course issues, please contact the KS Service Desk to log a ticket for you: (M-F, 8am-4:30pm) 785-296-1900 (Topeka) or toll-free 1-866-999-3001 (outside Topeka).
- Try clearing your browser cache and try again. This resolves many issues.
