About Us


The Office of Financial Management was established during FY 2013 as part of the Department of Administration’s reorganization.  The three primary functions of the Office of Financial Management include the following:

General duties include consulting, supporting, and assisting in monitoring and improving the financial health of the Agency, along with administering the security of the SMART system for Agency processors, paying the debt service for the State, and compiling the necessary data for SWCAP (Statewide Cost Allocation Plan).
