This Informational Circular is to announce that the following Policy Manual (PM) have been revised and all changes are effective April 1, 2023:

• PM 9,103 Employee Use Funds

PM Filing 9,103 identifies policy and procedures on Employee Use Funds. Employee Use Funds were restricted to utilizing only checks for expenses. The policy has been updated to allow use of checks or debit card for disbursement. The policy update includes general information for accounting records, recommended limits and best practices for debit card use with Employee Use fund accounts.
