Running Crystal Reports in SHARP

Some reports in SHARP are 'Crystal' Reports. These reports must be ran on the PSNT server.

Instructions:

1. After you press the Run button on a report, you will be taken to the Process Scheduler Request.

2. You will see your report name and information in the Process List. If the Process Type says 'Crystal', then you need to go up to the Server Name drop down box and change this to either Blank or PSNT*.
