New User

Complete the process below to add a new user:

 

1. Gather required information.

2. The office's designated authority will complete the New User Form (fillable pdf) and attach it to an email to EBITSM@ks.gov.

3. Receive email notification the EBITS ticket has been logged.

4. End User Support team will reach out to requestor with any questions and to schedule the deployment. 

5. Receive notification the EBITS ticket has been completed.
