TOPEKA – Two of the SPARK Advisory Panels will hold virtual meetings in the coming days. The four panels (Health & Education, Economic Revitalization, Connectivity, and Efficiency & Modernization) are charged with assisting the SPARK Executive Committee in developing recommendations for the distribution of federal COVID-19 relief funds.
