Suspend/Remove User

Complete the process below to suspend/remove a user:

 

1. Gather required information.

2. The office's designated authority will complete the Remove User Form (fillable pdf) and attach it to an email to EBITSM@ks.gov.

3. Receive email notification the EBITS ticket has been logged.

4. If PST file is requested, End User Support team will reach out to requestor to load file in Outlook and verify. If OneDrive is requested, you will be sent a link from OITS that is good for 90 days.

5. Receive notification the EBITS ticket has been completed.
