What should I submit to DofA IT?

Submit an IT Request in any of these scenarios:

• A new software is being procured or implemented.
• A new web application is being used on the internet.
  • This application would be one where a DofA office is logging in and entering, uploading, or storing data of any kind.
  • This would not be a website where we download data from.
  • This would not include a website that we use for reference only.
  • This would not include a simple web form (an application we submit).
• Any initiative that involves an IT component (no matter how big or small) or requires IT staff.
• A project is needed around an initiative with an IT component.
• A new module is being added on to an existing application.
• A change is being made to any existing IT tool.
