State Surplus - Agency Pick Up Request Form

This form is used by agencies in Shawnee County to submit a request of pick up for items destined to go to State Surplus.

Starting March 1, 2021 there will be a minimum charge of $30.00 for disposal of non-sellable items.

*** Due to the overabundance of non-sellable monitors and TVs, they must be taken to a recycling center. This disposal fee is passed on to the agency returning the items. This is the Surplus standard process when dealing with items deemed disposable.***
