This form is used by agencies in Shawnee County to submit a request of pick up for items destined to go to State Surplus.

ON MARCH 1, 2021 THERE WILL BE A MINIMUM CHARGE OF $30.00 FOR DISPOSAL OF NONSELLABLE ITEMS.

*** Due to the overabundance of non-sellable monitors and TVs, we are being forced to take them to a recycling center. The disposal fee will be passed on to the agency returning the items. This is the Surplus standard process when dealing with items deemed disposable.***
