Computers

Need a Computer, Device, Computer Accessories

If a Dept. of Administration employee needs a computer, other device, or accessories assigned to them, please request it as soon as possible. Although a small inventory is maintained, procurement and shipping may be required. 

Select from the available computer/devices and accessories (ie. monitors, keyboard, mouse, hubs, docking stations, headsets, or other types of computer equipment): Spec Sheets & Pricing Guide for DTaaS Devices

 Submit a ticket or Email EBITs for the 'DA -  Enterprise Systems' assignment group and provide the information below:

  • Requestor Name

  • Office

  • Phone Number

  • Users First and Last name

  • User's start date

  • User's email and phone if known at request time

  • Computer, accessories and peripherals needed.

Issues with Computer

If a Dept. of Administration employee is experiencing issues with their computer such as slowness, flickering, blue screen, problems after update or patches, power supply, start buttons, buttons, ports, etc:

  •  Submit a ticket or Email EBITs for the 'OITS - End User Support Service' assignment group. Include your name, contact information, summary of problem and what Department of Administration office you are with.

Computer/Device Reassignment

Computer: If you wish to transfer an 'assigned' device from one user to another:

  •  Submit a ticket or Email EBITs for the 'OITS - End User Support Service' assignment group so that the Enterprise Systems team can track it. Include your name, contact information, whom it is being transferred from, whom it is being transferred too and what Department of Administration office you are with.

Other Devices: If you wish to transfer an 'assigned' device (e.g. hot spot, cell phone) from one user to another please notify the Office of Systems Management:

  •  Submit a ticket or Email EBITs for the 'DA -  Enterprise Systems' assignment group. Include your name, contact information and what Department of Administration office you are with, whom it is being transferred from, and whom it is being transferred too.

Turn in Computer/Devices When Employee Leaves

Computer: When an employee leaves your office/agency/employment, please log an EBITS ticket so OITS can pick up and wipe the computer and make it available to new users. 

  •  Submit a ticket or Email EBITs for the 'OITS - End User Support Service' assignment group. Include your name, contact information and what Department of Administration office you are with.

Other Devices: Turn in hotspots and cell phones into the Office of Systems Management. 

  •  Submit a ticket or Email EBITs for the 'DA -  Enterprise Systems' assignment group. Include your name, contact information and what Department of Administration office you are with.

 

Printer

New Printer

 Submit a ticket or Email EBITs for the 'OITS - End User Support Service' assignment group. Indicate whether you are seeking a local or network printer and other specifications. Include your name, contact information and what Department of Administration office you are with.

Printer Supplies

Local Printer: Order supplies off your Office Supplies contract. 

Network Printer: Contact the leasing company that is listed on your printer.

Recycle a Printer

 Submit a ticket or Email EBITs for the 'OITS - End User Support Service' assignment group. Include your name, contact information and what Department of Administration office you are with.
