Apptio	Users have been trained. Holding bi-weekly Customer Success calls to assist OFM with questions.
Claims Data Management	Tasks left to complete data validation voucher report reporting module intake enhancements go-live training New project plan dates have been re-worked and we are shooting for mid-October. Team is actively meeting twice a week to hold working sessions to meet new deadline.
Debt Recovery Systems	End users are testing new system for next 2 weeks. Working on standing up ticketing system to track issues/requests. Vulnerability scans will be performed against the system before go-live. Planned go-live in September.
KS Licensing Portal	Kickoff Meeting completed Project planning in progress. Research and data requirements gathering continues to be in progress
LinkedIn Learning	LinkedIn Learning rolled out for employees in DofA 4/26 and KDOC 6/14, DCF 7/6, KDOT 7/10, KDOR on 7/10, Agriculture 8/1, Commerce 8/1, KDHE 8/7, Labor 8/9, OITS 8/14, KDADS & hospitals 8/14, and Wildlife and Parks 8/16 Next group for roll out is the remaining cabinet and non-cabinet agencies in KLPM for October 3 30% of those employees invited have activated their licenses. 416 course completions in the last 30 days. They are learning Excel skills, Public Speaking, AI for Business, Communication, Presentations, Time Management and Interpersonal Skills. 623 hours have been viewed in the past 30 days.
