KS Service Desk (aka ServiceDesk Plus or formerly Manage Engine) is call center and a work ticketing system used by the Department of Administration. The call center takes calls for a variety of systems and issues. The ticketing system is primarily used for work tasks, system security, and issues in the SMART system.
