If an employee was receiving a longevity bonus before the layoff, will this be restored when the employee returns to a classified benefits eligible position?

If the employee was laid off after June 15, 2008, and was eligible for a longevity bonus, they will still be eligible to receive a longevity bonus when they return to an eligible classified position under the provisions of K.A.R. 1-6-23 (reemployment).
