• CJIS Master Data Management
• CJIS Portals
• Computer Aided Dispatch Systems
• Corrections Information Systems
• Court Management Systems
• Criminal History Systems
• Criminal Intelligence Systems
• Criminal Justice Information Systems (CJIS)
• Identity and Access Records Management Systems
• Incident Management/Reporting Systems
• Information Security Systems
• Jail Management Systems
• Predictive Policing Systems
• Records Management Systems

Firms should have successful, demonstrable, referenceable expertise in leveraging technologies that would include but not be limited to the following, in the provisioning of Justice Applications:

• Analytics, Business Intelligence and Reporting
• Data Management and Indexing
• Data Visualization
• Enterprise Service Buses/Information Brokers
• Identity Federation
• Identity, Credentialing, and Access Management
• Portals
• Repositories
• Secure Communications

Firms would be expected to provide expert professional, consulting and development services to develop, integrate, enhance and support Justice Applications, ideally providing these services based upon national standards (National Information Exchange Model, Global Justice Reference Architecture, Global Federated Identity and Privilege Management).  Tasks associated with this area may include but shall not be limited to:

• Business Process and Information Exchange Modernization
• Documentation, Knowledge Transfer, and Training
• Enterprise Architecture/System Design
• Full software development lifecycle services
• Auditing and Policy Compliance
• Requirements Validation
• System Configuration, Customization, and Integration
