Firms would be expected to provide expert consulting and development services to develop, integrate, enhance and support Transportation applications, ideally providing these services based upon national standards (AASHTO, American Society for Testing and Materials, Federal Geographic Data Committee, Highway Performance Monitoring System, Message Set for ATIS, National Bridge Inventory, National Information Exchange Model, Open Geospatial Consortium, Safety Analyst, Highway Safety Manual).  Tasks associated with this area may include but shall not be limited to:

  • Strategic Planning

  • Enterprise Architecture / System Design
  • System Development, Configuration, Customization and Integration
  • Documentation, Knowledge Transfer, and Training
