This is a Part Time Temporary Position
This position assists the Volunteer Services Coordinator by entering the daily volunteer sign in sheet, mailing volunteer applications and other correspondence and submitting security clearance for volunteers to EAI. Assists in volunteer incentive and appreciation events. Enters information into the volunteer database and assists with new and annual volunteer training. Ensures quantity of training materials are sufficient for number of volunteers training. Photographs new volunteers for IDs and fingerprints new volunteers per policy.

Pay: Pay Grade 17, Step 4; $12.35 hourly
Minimum Requirements: Six months of experience in general office, clerical or administrative support work. Education may be substituted for experience as determined relevant by the agency.
Preferred Skills: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
Minimum Competencies: Applicant will be able to interact with co-workers, and outside personnel to establish and maintain effective working relationships. The incumbent of this position will demonstrate proficiency in customer service, basic math, knowledge of the operation of office equipment, personal computers and communications systems. Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply rules, regulations, policies and procedures. Necessary Qualifications: Must be able to perform the essential physical functions of the position.
