The Kansas Corporation Commission (KCC) is looking for a motivated second year law student to work as a Law Clerk 20 hours per week at $12.00 per hour. Working as a Law Clerk in the Office of General Counsel this employee performs various functions to assist the General Counsels. The Law Clerk will conduct research regarding legal issues on behalf of staff and draft memos pertaining to the findings associated with their research. The Law Clerk also drafts various orders and motions for the General Counsels review.
