The Kansas Corporation Commission (KCC) is looking for a motivated second year law student to work as a Legal Intern 20 hours per week at $12.00 per hour. Working as an intern in the legal department this employee performs various functions to assist litigation counsel and other Conservation Division staff. The Legal Intern will conduct research regarding legal issues on behalf of staff and draft memos pertaining to the finds associated with their research. The intern also drafts various orders and motions for the litigation counsels review.
