The Kansas Corporation Commission (KCC) is accepting applications for an unclassified Energy Program Analyst in the Energy Division located in Topeka, KS.
This position provides program oversight for the various Energy Division programs. This includes monitoring compliance and fulfillment of state/federal statutes, grant terms and contract requirements. Additionally, this position provides administrative support on energy programs and acts as the liaison with program partners. Duties also include the collection and analyses of program data.
Minimum Qualifications: College degree or energy experience or technical training would be preferred. Education may be substituted for experience as determined relevant by the agency. Additionally, demonstrated written and oral communication skills and the ability to work independently. Additionally, experience with public sector contracting and procurement procedures would be preferred.
Salary: $45,000 to $55,000 annually with benefits
