Federal Surplus - Donee Wish List

This form is used by Donees who are registered for the Federal Surplus Property Program.  Registered Donees complete and submit this Federal Surplus - Donee Wish List form to request the screening of available Federal Surplus items by our Federal Surplus Staff.

Donees - Please complete and submit one form for each type of item you are requesting, thank you.
