General Services

What we do:  

Lois Ryan leads the General Services unit, providing services to agencies over a wide range of Human Resource areas, covering general and specialized technical issues. The General Services' primary goal is to provide customer service that both supports and assists agencies as they manage HR functions and programs to meet their agency needs. The team is available to assist agencies with requests and inquiries, or as a sounding board. Some examples of technical specialty services include Recruitment, Performance Review/Management, Layoffs and Furloughs, Training, Diversity, EEO and Employee Relations. General Services is also responsible for the development and management of the Division’s partnerships with the agencies and the overall coordination of the HR Teams.
