Responsibilities and Functions

  • Maintain a lease property database and provide space inventory reports.
  • Review lease management policies and lease agreements.
  • Review and implement ADA accessibility guideline complaint program.
  • Provide the format for procurement of leased facilities.
  • Provide space management reports of all leased property.
  • Serve as a liaison between state agency and lessor.
  • Compare and evaluate leasing costs.
  • Provide lease information meetings for all state agencies to offer assistance and explain the lease process.
